Hertz car rent in Israel

Hi,

Be careful of Hertz in Israel, do not use Hertz Israel rentals.I'm a regular Hertz customer and Iv'e never had such a brutal rip off like I just had in Tel Aviv airport.In the time of returning the car the guy found a dent on the door that was there before but in his tablet it wasn't showing as they showed me this dent among the rest of the damages that were in the car when I took the car.I was in a rush to catch my flight so they told me that they will correct it in case of mismatching reports.I landed in Brussels and found a nice surprise in my mailbox , an invoice of $250 for this damage that I definitely did not do. I emailed them 4 times since then trying to understand why they didn't correct the mistake but they don't even bother to answer.

Any help will be apprecited.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
